Ordering
The sequencer is first come first served. There are no priority fees, so paying more gas doesn’t get you in first. L2 blocks are about 0.1 seconds apart.
The booths read the L2 block number from Robinhood Chain’s system contract (ArbSys at 0x64) for the one-shot-per-block rule, not block.number, which follows L1.
Rate limits
The public RPC is rate-limited. Use your own provider for anything heavy.
